Case M1051 vs Kershaw Dividend Assisted Opening Knife Olive

I'm no connoisseur of bench grinders, but this thing was inexpensive, seemingly pretty well built (it's heavy and sturdy), and absolutely does the job. So far it has made quick work of whatever i've thrown at it. The shields are a nice touch at this price range as well. Mine was an open box special, but no complaints

This isn't so much of a complaint as it sounds, because I don't know that one could expect much more knife for this money. As it is, the Dividend is a bargain any way you slice it (pun intended - did you laugh? No? Sorry.) But at the same time, I would happily pay $10-15 more for a high-end steel that would keep an edge longer, even if it means sharpening is made more difficult. But even with my one and only complaint, this is a great knife at a great price, and because it's leftie-friendly, my Leek will now sit on the desk while my Dividend takes its place as my every day carry option of choice
